FMM30 is based on mastering 6 Basic Shapes that combine to create all quilting designs -- kind of like learning an alphabet of quilting. Quilting Yoga is a set of simple motions that form the 6 Basic Shapes with your whole body and help you develop muscle memory for them as you move from large movements to small movements.
You can do Quilting Yoga alone or as part of the Free-Motion Mastery in a Month course. The course includes a downloadable list of which QY exercises to use for each lesson. Use Quilting Yoga for a variety of purposes:
- As a daily exercises while you are learning free-motion quilting to accelerate the learning process.
- As a “warm up” to get into form, rhythm and smooth flowing motion before you begin quilting.
- To occasionally stretch and loosen up while you are quilting.
- To maintain or refresh your free-motion quilting movements if it has been a while since you quilted.

How to Get Your Quilting Yoga Class
Quilting Yoga is a recorded online class, delivered as a streaming video (like watching a movie on Netflix or Amazon).
When you complete your purchase, you will receive a PDF file that contains login information. You can get this PDF by clicking on a download button on the Purchase Confirmation page. (There is a limit of 3 downloads, so be sure to download and save it somewhere you can find it.) You will receive this same information in a separate email. Follow the instructions in the PDF or the email to log in to your class.
Once you have purchased the class you have lifelong access to it and may view it as often as you like.
