Shipping Costs:
(While we do our best to keep this page updated, shipping costs are subject to change, and the shipping cost applied when you place your order is the correct amount.)
Orders within the USA:
Up to $32.00: $8.00
$32.01 up to $149.99: $12.00
$150 and up: Free
Orders paid by credit card usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays are not business days). Please allow 4-7 days transit time once orders are shipped. Check the tracking information on your order for expected arrival dates.
Orders outside the USA:
$25 This covers most items to most destinations. If the rate is higher (because of the destination or the size of your order, for example), we will contact you for additional payment.
Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs fees and tariffs, and under no circumstances will we be less than truthful about the contents or value of the shipment.
Place your order and accept the automatically-generated shipping rate. If the shipping cost turns out to be higher, we will contact you and give you the option of paying the additional shipping cost or cancelling the order.
International orders usually take 10-14 days to arrive. Please check tracking information on your order.
If you have a question about an international order, email us your request through the Contact page on this website. Include the items you want, your complete shipping address, your phone number and the date by which you need merchandise to arrive (this is VERY important). Remember that it takes extra time for merchandise to travel distance and go through customs so please order as early as possible (comfortably, 4 weeks) before your needed date to avoid the additional cost of expedited shipping.
Returns: Returns are for store credit only, under the following conditions:
Tools & DVDs may be returned if they are in the unopened packaging.
Foundation materials may be returned if the packaging has not been opened.
Books, patterns, kits and cut fabric may not be returned.
Cancellations:
Live online classes: Registration fees are refundable up to the time that the Welcome Letter is sent.
Recorded online classes: No refund once the login information has been sent. Login information is sent at the time you complete your order.
In-Person Workshops: Please refer to our Contract for the cancellation policy.
Items damaged in shipping: We understand that sometimes accidents happen during shipping, and we will be happy to replace any damaged item as long as the damage is reported within 15 days after delivery. Submit damage reports by email to ranae@ranaemerrillquilts.com. The email must include photographs of the damaged package and damaged items. Items damaged to the point of being unusable will be replaced at no charge. Bent corners on books or tracing sheets will not be considered damage, as this does not render them unusable.
Damage reported later than 15 days after delivery may be replaced at the wholesale cost of the item plus shipping/handling, at the discretion of RaNae Merrill Quilt Design.
