If you are submitting a contract for an event, you can pay the contract deposit with a credit card by selecting this item. The deposit is $150 per day, plus a 4% credit card fee. For "Quantity" put the number of teaching days listed in the contract.
To pay the balance due:
For online events: The balance of fees will be invoiced to you by email and may be paid by check or credit card. Credit card payments include a 4% transaction fee. Please make sure that payments are received by the due dates in the schedule accompanying your contract, so that meeting login information may be released on time.
For in-person events: The balance of fees, expenses and merchandise is to be paid by check at the close of the event.
