<p><em><strong>Why multiple prices for the same class?</strong></em></p>
<p>During this challenging time of "social distancing" many people are experiencing a loss of income because they either can't go to work or their business has dropped drastically. What better to do when you're stuck at home than quilt?? So, we've decided to offer the same class at different prices. If you can pay the regular price, please do. If you are in a financial pinch right now, you can choose a discounted option. And if you are in a position to give a little extra (for which we thank you from the bottom of our hearts), there's an option to choose a higher amount and receive a free pattern (your choice of any pattern we offer - we'll send you a code by email).</p>
<p><em><strong>How do I get to my class? How do I get my class materials?</strong></em></p>
<p>The class listing in the store is the hub for all of the class materials. On that page you will find links to the materials list, the Students Page, items you may purchase in the teacher's store, the Facebook group and more. The Students Page is password-protected for enrolled students only. Once you register for the class, you will receive the password by email.</p>

<p><em><strong>How do the live interactive classes work?</strong></em></p>
<p>The class is taught on an online learning platform -- Zoom -- that allows you to see and interact with the teacher and the other class participants. At the scheduled time, the teacher and students will log in together -- everyone can see everyone else, so you can share work, ask questions, etc. You can view the class on a computer, tablet or phone (you may need to download the app). You will receive login instructions including links and passwords by email and text on the morning of the class. Please "arrive" online during the 30 minutes prior to class so you have time to get set up and learn to use the video conferencing tools.</p>
<p><em><strong>How do I set up Zoom?</strong></em></p>
<p>If you watch the class on a computer, you will receive instructions for downloading Zoom at the time you log into the class. If you watch the class on a mobile phone, go to Google Play or the App Store to download and install Zoom Cloud Meetings before the day of the class. </p>
<p><em><strong>How do I log into the class?</strong></em></p>
<p>Login instructions for both computer and phone will be sent by email and text message a few hours before the class begins.</p>
<p><em><strong></strong></em><em><strong>Can I get access to the class after the live session?</strong></em></p>
<p>The class is recorded and posted online afterward in a private Facebook group, so you can go back and watch the class again if you want to review it or if you missed it.</p>
<p><em><strong>Can I get help after class?</strong></em></p>
<p>After class you will have access to a private Facebook group for people who took the same class. The recording of the class is posted there and you and other students can share your work. The teacher checks in from time to time to answer questions.</p>
<p><em><strong>What if I miss the live class?</strong></em></p>
<p>The class is recorded and posted in the private Facebook for the class where you may watch it on your own schedule. In the Facebook group you can also interact with other class members and the teacher checks in from time to time. No refunds will be given once the class has run.</p>
<p><em><strong>How long will I have access to the class?</strong></em></p>
<p>The class ends at the end of the live video conference, but the recording of the class will remain available in the Facebook Group where you can access it.</p>
